Order processing times are independent of actual delivery times. Depending on various factors, order processing may take 1-2 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

We may select alternative carriers at our discretion based on shipping requirements.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any errors are found. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please be sure to check your spam filters.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. The tracking number will be valid within 24 hours. No signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to collect the package, it will be left at the delivery location. Please note that Esaiv is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier-related issues, inclement weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
Address Change
If you need to change your delivery address, please email us with your order number, current delivery address, and the address you wish to change. We can change the address before your order leaves our warehouse!
Note: Addresses cannot be changed after shipment, so please ensure your address is correctly filled in after ordering and before shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all shipping costs to have your order reshipped to the corrected address. We are not responsible for lost orders if the address you provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Esaiv is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your order. Any charges (duties, taxes) incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Esaiv is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
