Cancellation by us

Fraudulent /declined transactions

We may continuously monitor user accounts to prevent fraud and transactions. Users with multiple accounts or who use our services fraudulently will be held liable under applicable law. We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, recover fees and attorney’s fees, and take legal action against fraudulent use of this website. If fraud is discovered or a transaction is refused, we have the right to immediately delete the relevant account and cancel all completed and pending orders without incurring any liability before initiating legal proceedings. In this case, we are not liable for refunds.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
